My creative partner at TBWA and I turned a boring promotional giveaway into a ‘party in your pants’.

We created a spanking brand new product that money can’t buy and that our target audience would love – Cody’s Chilly Bin Pants!

Cody’s Chilly Bin Pants hold a full 18-pack of Cody’s, keeping the cans cool and turning whoever is wearing them into a walking chilly bin with a party in their pants.

To create hype around the pants, we suggested making a funny rap video with a quirky character to launch them on social media.

Cody’s Facebook fans responded positively to the limited edition pants.
Eighty pairs of Chilly Bin Pants were given away and we received many requests to make more – unfortunately we used up all our production budget on margaritas while we were designing the pants.
